Kathy E.

“I adore this yarn! Knits beautifully, comes in so many beautiful colours and is really hard wearing… Washes really well, blocks beautifully and you get good yardage in the ball. Very hard wearing too - I have a couple of sweaters I knitted with this years ago, that have stood up to farm work and just get better with age and washing.”

Sarah F.

"This is old-fashioned woolly wool. You can hear the sheep baa-ing across a wild windswept Scottish croft as you knit it."

Sheena M.

“This is my favourite yarn of all time, mainly for the colours which I can just look at and admire for hours.”

Mirella

“Amazing rustic wool in a glorious array of colours. Light, warm, a joy to knit with, sticks well to itself - and those colours… I’m deliriously happy with this next to my skin, and adore the sheepy smell.”

Craig H.

“One of my favourite yarns. The perfect yarn for Fair Isle stranded knitting. It transforms after a few washes, is soft, strong and very light, but also warm.”

Ava L.

“I am extremely pleased with this yarn! The colors are beautiful, but I am most impressed with the durability. I have knit and ripped more swatches than I can count, but the yarn still looks like it is fresh off the ball.”
